Timeline of Save-the-dates 

Booking save-the-dates 6-7 months before the wedding is recommended. Save-the-dates are sent at least 4 months before the wedding and 8-12 months before a destination wedding.

Timeline of envelope orders

Booking an envelope order 9-12 weeks before the wedding is recommended. There is usually a 3 week turnaround time for envelope orders. For envelopes, an additional 20% on top of your invitation count is needed.

timeline of custom orders

Custom calligraphy or illustration orders usually take 3 weeks to complete.
 

Returns

Orders are returnable within 48 hours of delivery. If you would like to make a return, contact orders@flourishanddot.com. Custom orders are non-refundable.
